Roommate steals

My roommate has stolen petty things from me (trash can, pads, plunger - stupid shit) and I'm just irritated. She's denied it every single time. In the beginning of the year she back stabbed me and my bf and went home and cried to mommy about it and my parents said I should just hang out at his place instead. She didn't confront me before she went off and complained to her mom who then complained to my dad. (our parents shared contact info at the beginning of the year) As for the stealing, I caught her once but she still passed it off as she didn't do it but I took pictures and had evidence that she did. Now it's getting closer to move out and she's taking things that are clearly not hers and she goes off and cries to her mamma about it literally. And her mom complained to my dad about it but he said take the high road since it's the very end and give it to her to keep the peace. But it still irks me because I paid for a lot of my stuff with my own money and I'm just salty about it. I'm done ranting now 😛
