How hot is too hot?

Question

What temperature is it too hot to be running outside? I live in Texas and it can get hot here!
I’m 18w5d and have still been running most days so it is not a matter of shape just heat.

I run 5 miles every morning regardless of the temperature or weather. Even during pregnancy. As long as you’re staying hydrated and listening to your body, you’re just fine.

I opted to swim yesterday because it was already 92 when I was going to jog. Funny temp never would have stopped me before... I guess moderateness is a good idea now.

Wondering the same thing here, although I'm only  7 1/2 weeks here in Austin. We don't use much AC though so I'm used to the heat overall and tolerate more than most people would. Hmmmm.

I live in Texas too. I don’t think it’ll be too hot as long as you run in the morning(before 10a). I think 90 would be too hot though as far as the temperature.
