Tiny red bumps!

Hi! My 6 week old baby has these small red bumps mainly on the sides of his face, cheeks and neck, also a few on his chest! I️t started to show up a little over a week ago! I️ thought I️t was heat rash but as I️t spread and since I️t didn’t go away I️ thought I️t was maybe baby acne! But now I️t looks weird to me and a friend said maybe he’s reacting to a lotion/wash or detergent! So I️ just want other mamas opinions! Baby acne, rash, irritation or what?? Thanks!
