Babies stomach measuring small

So I went in for a growth scan today and the lady told me my babies stomach is measuring small 3 weeks behind exact(I’m 34 weeks). Then I went to get a non stress test(which I’ll be getting every week till the 29th of this month, after I’ll be setting up another growth scan) as I sat there getting my non stress test I couldn’t help but ball my eyes out and feel like it’s all my fault. I’ve been stressing most of my pregnancy. It has calmed down recently but I still feel like it’s my fault. Any who has anyone had this happen to them and what was the outcome?
