IUD issues

Wondering if someone could help me! I have had my Paraguard IUD in situ for a little over four months. So, I just finished my period around 4 days ago and have been cramping like hell on and off. Nothing much all period and then bam at the end of it I’ve been doubled over, even vomited yesterday morning due the pain. Yesterday me and bf where having sex and he had to withdraw about four times because if I moved a certain way he said that he could feel something sharp digging into him! Now today I’ve been experiencing medium amounts of light pink discharge which I would usually have at the beginning of a period of at all.

Could this mean my coil has moved?

Anyone experienced something similar?
