Pain under belly

I’ve gotten pain under my belly , I’m 30 weeks one day , expecting a little girl , but the pain started yesterday, I’ve told my mom it’s nothing I can’t handle but I can’t even bend down , or get up from the toilet so fast because of that small pain it literally hurts like 1/10 my mom had told me it’s because the baby might be head down But my mom kept telling me that sometimes you get to feel when your baby flips down word but did anybody else feel when the baby moved head down? Curious mom that’s all 😂😩
