My period has lasted almost 11 days now?

I just started the pill and it has made my period go from medium lasting 6 days to heavy and lasting 11. Is this normal for when you first start it?

Yeah it’s completely normal during the first month of taking it I was bleeding everyday for about 20 days🤕
