Contraction during sex?

I am almost 23 weeks and today while having sex I got a severe pain on the left side of my abdomen and then 30 seconds later I got the worst tightening pain ever throughout my whole stomach and now I’m really worried. Someone please help explain what could be happening 😫

Probably Braxton Hicks. Your fine. Only worry if your contractions become regular and get worse.

As someone said it probably was Bh. Sex can do that sometimes. Just remember that Bh arent consistent and they dont get worse. So if either of those happen, go to the hospital. They will ch6rck you out.
