To the point where you need to change your pad every now and then? Also my blood has come clots

I’m having the same issue. I was on the 45th day of my cycle with no period, but cramped like it with lower back pain. I would have light spotting here and there. The 46th day was I was spotting really light pink, the next day nothing, the following it came really heavy. I’d assume it’s AF. I’m on my 4th day of my “period” and the flow subsided real quick.

I have read multiple stories of pregnancies starting with heavy, period like bleeding during implantation. It is very uncommon and even more unlikely but it is not impossible.
