Hey Ladies... let’s talk about PMDD

Does anyone else deal with PMDD? I’ve had all the symptoms (pretty bad) since 2015 -2016. My PMS has always been a bit much but Imma Cancer so I’m used to being emotional. Lol

2015-2016 though, I had two pregnancy losses back to back & my hormones went crazy.

I finally got a diagnosis a few months ago once it started to completely affect my life n relationships, and although I’m crying all the time 🙄 and still anxious at times, my medication helps me deal a little better.

It’s hard to explain to family n friends & I’ve put my boyfriend through it, but I’ve met a few of my girl friends who opened up about having the condition as well.

I don’t really want to type it out so I’ll try to link a definition for those who aren’t aware of the term PMDD.

I’d like to hear from you ladies. Please no rude or judgemental comments. You literally wouldn’t understand if you don’t deal with it.

I live a holistic lifestyle. I teach yoga. I meditate. It helps. So does marijuana & cardio. But for as long as it’s been bad, it affects me 3/4 of the month.... So aside from lifestyle changes, how do you ladies cope? - B
