I’m 6 weeks and my reflux is out of control. So much so that I always feel like I need to burp and can tell my food is practically sitting in my throat. Twice now I’ve gagged from light nausea and had to spit up/throw up in to my hands while running towards the bathroom. It just all comes up so fast that I can’t make it. It’s so so gross. This is the worst!
