Would you be okay with your child receiving birthday spankings at school from a teacher or principal?
The Talk just covered this topic like 10mins ago.. One woman on the video that The Talk showed said "Its like little love taps and even a pinch to grow an inch". One said that the children have the option of birthday spankings, a hug, a high five, and about 95% choose the spankings.
