Working out mommas! HELP

So I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant and I'm getting "hate" on cause I still squat and lift weights. my dr told me to continue doing what I'm doing just dont lift over 25pounds. I feel like people are like " you're stupid you can go into labor if your do that". I've been lifting heavy weights for over 4 years . My body doesnt feel uncomfortable in anyway sort of fashion but everyone keeps telling me it doesnt matter you can go into labor or put on bed rest. What do I do ? My child comes first but I want to stay active.
