Acne?

Question

How many of you have problems with acne? I am 6 weeks and 2 days and just today my face broke out really bad. I've never had a problem with acne. How have some of you dealt with it?

Be careful what you put on your skin because it goes to the baby. 
So some research on chemicals to avoid and then read labels to make sure they don’t have those chemicals or ingredients. 
I just use palmers face oil. That’s ALL I use now. I honestly feel like it’s helped me so much. But everyone’s skin is different.
