Had a us today and we couldn’t see anything according to lmp I should be 6 wks 4 days

After they did a transvaginal and said there was no fetus and the sac wasn’t completely formed,haven’t had any bleeding and last they checked my level were rising and my symptoms are crazy !

I didn’t want to hear the news that I would pass this pregnancy naturally any advice opinions or a little ray of hope ?

Any opinion on the US is appreciated!

Update: received a call saying my HCG levels are rising and are at 18380 , dr was looking for 22 or higher so idk what will happen ,still hoping to hear good news from them by the end of the day. Thanks for keeping me hopeful ladies ❤️
