sleep habit reversion

so I'm about 24 weeks pregnant with my second and my son who's 18 mo is reverting back to his old sleeping habits of wanting to lay with me and hold me while he sleeps. he hasnt done this since he was a year old. I've read kids revert when your pregnant but is sleeping habits apart of it?
