37w & 3d pregnant and leaking?!

I’m leaking a fluid every so often, it almost feels as if I started a period but, I know for sure it’s not my amniotic fluid as I had it tested last week at the hospital and this week at my doctor to be sure, my doctor said it could be my bladder because it’s so squished but if it’s not to weird I smelled it, and it’s not pee. Plus it doesn’t feel like it’s coming out of my pee hole. This has just recently started. I have not lost my mucus plug, but I am 3cm dilated and 90% effaced. Any advice? Because I’m starting to get pissed about my panties being wet ☹️🤨😂😂😂
