I’m literally about to go CRAZY!!!

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and since I was probably 10 weeks I have been having this terrible pain in my kidney areas on my back. Some days it will happen on the right side and other days on the left. My dr literally has no idea what’s going on because it happens once in a while and my tests always come back normal. When I get this pain it’s at the bottom of my ribs kinda in between my hips and ribs. It burns sometimes and sometimes it feels like something punched me there. My baby is healthy and has nothing wrong with him, and I’ve googled everything and I feel like I’m the only one with this problem. It happens in the middle of the night, standing, sitting, laying down, etc. I’ve tried Tylenol and that’s just a temporary fix. I have no idea what to do other than go to the ER but I feel like that’s silly considering it goes away after 15 minutes. I’m not sure what to do anymore and I want to enjoy my pregnancy but I’m in tears from the pain and the stressing over this. Please help me considering my dr won’t go any further than blood and urine tests.
