Vitex fans out there?

I have been taking Vitex for almost 2 months now to help with TTC. I am 3 days late on getting my period, but I don’t know if the Vitex is just messing with my cycle or if it means I could be pregnant. Has anyone had fast luck with Vitex? Or had Vitex make your cycles a lot longer then normal?

I’ve only heard great things about vitex ! I’ve never heard of it delaying periods, only regulating them! I think I’m going to get some next month even though I am regular I have a hard time pinpointing my ovulation! Good luck & I hope you’re pregnant!!!

I’ve been on vitex now for a month and it’s done nothing but work wonders for me. My first cycle on it was 26 days, shorter than my normal 30-35 and I started having ovulation pain and I’m actually seeing cm changes. This is our first month TTC after our loss so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 
I think maybe you should test and see!

I love it I’m on my second cycle and my first one was like clockwork I ovulated on time and got af right on time. I’m on CD 5 now so I’ll see how this cycle goes but so far I’m super happy

I am going to buy it, I have read that it helps to ovulate, to regulate the period but of delay I do not have much information about it. 🤞🏻
