I think it's over
This just happened to me today. We went for our first visit at 8+4, and saw 1 empty sac and 1 sac that looked like it had 1 or 2 yolk sacs in it, but no visible embryo. I'm going back for a u/s next week, but I feel so terrible. I feel like a failure, stupid for buying the few things I did (new bras, some pregnancy books)and I know there's nothing I could have done, but that doesn't help right now.
