Letrozole success?

Question

Has anyone had any luck with letrozole? I am starting tomorrow with the trigger shot. I did 7 failed rounds of clomid and am cautiously optimistic that letrozole will work.

I hope so! I got a faint BFP on Mothers Day, it was my second round of Femara 2.5mg cd5-9. I go tomorrow to confirm with blood test. Good luck!

Me! My son is 18 months old thanks to letrozole + trigger shot. I tried 8 months of clomid before switching to letrozole. My second round of letrozole worked. We are headed back to the RE next month to TTC #2. Hoping I have the same success with letrozole this time too. Good luck!

Clomid didn’t work for me at all... like no follicles showed up, didn’t ovulate EC. Horrible experience, but femara did magic!! Good luck 🍀 Glad your doc is finally switching you. Seems like they should have sooner!
