Okay I need clarification lol

I went in for my 30 week appointment today and they said I’m measuring 31/32. What does that mean? Does that mean I’m measuring like I should be 31/32 weeks or what?

In my anatomy scan they said my baby was in the 20% for weight so I am confused. Please help!! Thank you
