Hi...my fertile week starts around the 14th!  I’m 35 and DH is 28 and we’re TTC#1.  I use Ava for temping.  We started SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) this cycle and using Conceive Plus...hoping this helps...this is cycle 7 for us.  Just started OPK testing today as per SMEP.  How’s your cycle going?
