I’ve eaten at buffets a few times during my pregnancy, it’s completely fine.

They say it isn’t because the food is just sitting there and isn’t kept warm to kill bacteria. I still eat at buffets all the time though

I think if the food is heated or cooled properly it’s fine ... I’ll be having a Mother’s Day brunch this weekend

They tell you to be careful because of temps. But I’m eating buffets. Someone like Ming’s garden and Ryan’s Mac and cheese... I love Ming’s. It’s our Chinese buffet. But I can only eat chicken and sea food because she doesn’t like soy sauce. Even though I crave fried rice with a little extra soy. But she’s like her mama-chicken is life.

I’m not going to lie. If I think about all the people that eat from it and hands that go on the spoons and what not it grosses me out. So I just don’t think about it and it’s wonderful ! Lol
