What is the likelihood of pregnancy when switching birth controls?

Leah

I have been taking Cryselle for about three years and recently stopped due to my periods suddenly becoming irregular. I’m very irregular without birth control so taking it really helped, and I would start every 29th day. But then my periods started coming at different times and at different lengths. I was a week away from visiting a new gyno when I finished my Cryselle pack. So there was a week that I was not on birth control at all. I started Taytulla eight days after finishing the Cryselle pack, which was my 12th cycle day. My doctor told me that I should start my period around the first of the four inactive days. However, I am on my second pack now (42nd cycle day) with no period. I am a bit concerned because I have had unprotected sex two or three times recently with the first time occurring around the second or third week of being on Taytulla. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant? I have neither PMS symptoms nor pregnancy symptoms besides my mood swings being worse than usual and having to pee more frequently. Or, am I just stressing as it will take some time for my body to regulate with the new birth control? Any advice would be appreciated.
