HELP!

So I missed my pill yesterday and took two around 5:00pm today even though I usually take it around 9am. I then had sex around 9:30 and he came in me. Could I pregnant? Should i take a Plan B tomorrow? Im also currently on my period and have been since April 27th unfortunately
