I mean, when joking, I’d say sure. 
But I believe there’s a difference between saying someone is a bitch, and that someone is acting like a bitch. 
So if you’re acting like one, then you’re acting like one. Plain and simple. I think some people need a wake up call as to how poorly they’re behaving. But straight up calling you a bitch is wrong.
