What kind of hair cut or color should I do?

I really want to change up my Look dramatically. Need some haircut and color ideas! Here’s a picture of me and my current hair! Open to any hair suggestion!

I know you said you want to change it up drastically but I think the medium length is pretty flattering already. If you go short, it would have to be a dramatic style and then it’d be a pain to grow out. 
I think if you had the ends cleaned up and color changed, it’d look classy and mature like this:

youve got beautiful skin and i really think you could pull off any color. I think a red, bright blue, or subtle purple would look good for a dramatic look. I wouldnt cut it to short. I think just a trim and maybe long side bangs
