Woman talk about periods,ovulation, fertility, or infertility or ttc with health problems..

hello first off I just wanna say happy mother's day to all mother's and woman trying..I just wanna know what's going on with my body tired of waiting going to be another week or so before I know what's going on just a lil about me I'm 40 just turned 40 in Jan.i have 4 kids 3 boys ages 23,19,6 and 1 daughter 17...be and hubby have been together 20 years..first off we wasn't sure we wanted to have any more kids after our son ..I've had a miscarriage early on in pregnancy before ..and we just recently started talking about TTc well we are actually trying now..only thing why I've postponed TTC is I have gallstones gallbladder issues need to have surgery done to remove gallbladder..other then the extra 8 pounds I've put on last 2 months and my missed period I'm 36 days late I've took 3 hpt and 3 urine test done at doctor office.last one on Friday all negative..anyways I over all feel good healthy other then I just found out I had a bladder infection UTI on Friday started taking antibiotics macrobid on Friday..anyways I wipe today and had light pink spotting it only happens when I wipe and just alil my concern is this from UTI or spotting from petiod or implantation. ive.went over a whole month no period is this my period now..me and hubby have been having unprotected sex and I have been I have to take early tomorrow morning..I have another doctor appointment may 24th see obgyn I just hope this isn't a reproductive issue or hormonal inbalance or thyriod issue..my doctor unsure wants me to do these blood tests tomorrow abd go-to ob..I'm just confused and concerned..
