very scared moma

I am 7 weeks 3days and i have had very bad cramps. and heavy bleeding Thursday there was a heart beat. went to er friday because of spotting. another heart beat. Saturday at the er again. had heavy bleeding lots of cramps and clots. hcg levels went up from friday to Saturday. so that's a good sign. but got home Saturday night and a huge round about the size of a lime clot came out..... I go to have a redo of labs in the morning but I'm so nervous. I have had 2 miscarriages. the dems said bleeding like this is possible and could still have a successful pregnancy. Anyone else experience crazy bleeding and still have success
