I had a keloid like that for almost a year, only thing that worked for me was applying diluted tea tree oil (it’s a natural antiseptic) I SWEAR by it haha it’s helped my friends who’ve had that problem too

Hypertrophic scarring. It's common, can be difficult to get rid of but I just found these little plastic rings that go on your peircing just behind the jewel, and helps with healing and can get rid of that little bump. I havent tried it yet but I ordered some because I also have that but on my cartilage peircing. Its called NoPull.

crush up Advil tablets and water and make a paste. put it on over night. do it for a few nights, it should pop and go away

i had a huge one for a while. i did sea salt soaks and it did clear up,  but I have heard that a lot of piercers dont recommend sea salt anymore. Im pretty sure they go away on their own eventually but it can take awhile. sometimes I still get them on my cartilage and i just ignore it and it goes away.

I had a keloid like that too. My piercing was healing seemingly well for a good 2 weeks then it showed up out of nowhere. GROSS TMI WARNING : This is gunna sound super gross... But I literally cut mine off with little scissors, then took out all the skin that was in and under it. Then I cleaned it super well with Saline. It made the piercing hole bigger for a little bit, but I just kept an eye on it and cleaned often while it healed back. Within 3 weeks, it was back to original shape, and there were NO bumps, blisters, pimples or keloids. I'm hardcore when it comes to pain resistance though.
