Could I be pregnant?

I got my implant in on October 10th 2017, I had a period from October 30th to about November 8th, I didn’t bleed for ages. I started bleeding the 20th April 2018 and it stopped on the 27th April and then I got the bleeding again May 3rd to May 9th. Is that my period? Like I had period cramps and a fair bit of bleeding. Anyway I’ve been having sex since all the bleeding. Any chance of pregnancy? I took a pregnancy test during the bleeding in April, came back negative. Should I test again soon? Sorry about the long post
