Doctors legally can’t induce before 39W unless medically necessary. And nothing will make you go into labor until your body and baby are ready.

I’m 38 weeks. My dr made me so upset after I begged him to schedule me early. This guy schedule me 2 days before my due date. 🤬🤬 I am tired and miserable. This baby won’t come. I tried walking. Sex. Pineapples. All last weeks when I hit the mark of 37. I’m tired of being outta breath. Frequent bathroom trips amongst other stuff. I just wanna have my baby already.
So how can I induce myself naturally and safe?!

Join the club... we all have to just wait. We’re all out of breath. We’re all gonna be huge or have been huge. We’ve all either BEEN, ARE, or WILL BE at the end of pregnancy too and thats just part of it. So kick your feet up and relax because nothing is gonna make your baby come before it’s ready. Its a process. It’ll be over soon.
well full term is not until 39 weeks instead of 37 as it use to be. They can't just induce you because your miserable, that's not how it works. you would need a real, medical reason. Also, if your body isn't ready, then trying to induce yourself won't work either. just relax, you don't have too long left. with my first I went to 42w4d, during summer. you will make it.
you're lucky you got scheduled 2 days before your due date! the doctor legally cant do shit until you're 39 weeks and most wait until 40. you literally JUST got to what used to be considered full term.(its now 39) nothing is going to make this baby come until he or she is ready so just stop trying. its useless. let your baby be in there as long as possible. they need it. relax.
I’m 39w1d and I feel your pain. I’m over being pregnant. My doctor has not given me an induction date but loves to tell me the bigger the baby gets the higher my chance of needing a csection to get her out. This is our first and baby’s been measuring very large my whole pregnancy. She’s at 37 weeks she measured 8lbs9oz.
I got a pedicure about 7 hours before I went into labor! I am convinced that is what did it! I tried everything else! Apparently there are pressure points in your feet that can induce labor. Who knows if it really did it but I think it did!

same with my sister! we had pedicures done and by 2am, she was in labor.
