Tips on how you weaned toddler

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and I would like to wean my 2 year old before the new baby comes. She never slept through the night and she still nurses frequently throughout the day too. I wanted her to wean herself but i think it will be so difficult after the baby comes if i breastfeed both. I really hope my milk dries up and it won’t be a hassle but she loves her boobie so i doubt it. I already started cutting down day time but tbh at night i am just too tired to put her back to sleep any other way. I know i have to get to it before I go crazy with too. Anyone with a similar experience?
