What can I add to this

I really want to incorporate this into a half sleeve and I would love some ideas from other people. I can get my artist to design something, just like to get other opinions and ideas for inspiration. Any suggestions?

The way the eye looks to be crying, I would have the tears fall to form in to something maybe a little pond  with tall grass around and Pusey willows if you make the pond close or big enough you may even be able to fit a reflection of the trees in it. Add a moon over head to make it all night time themed.
