Help with ovulation please!!

So just had US and there are 2 on right side 3 on left side but my OPK surge is today but eggs are not at the size she said maybe you will ovulate sat and they will be the right size. Or you already ovulated like wtf?? I’m so Confuse right now I just need my ovaries to cooperate. If anyone has any feed back I would appreciate it. TIA this is what my OPK looks like at 3:12 today
