Having a bit of cramping on CD8

Backstory, I did have an HSG on Monday (cd 5). It hurt like a B, then felt a little icky the next day but that was it. Doc said I could go ahead with the cd 5-9 day letrozole protocol since my HSG was clear. Normally I do letrozole cd 3-7. Also dose has increased to 7.5mg. Having some twingey cramps around my left ovary after 3 nights of letrozole, 4 days after the HSG. What could it be? Too early for ovulation pain? Getting paranoid at this juncture. Had a cyst couple cycles back but it went away w/o complications.
