Hi y’all, so I’m 7 days late....and I do have pretty regular periods. Back story....my obgyn had put me on metformin due to suspected pcos....I was on it from December until the end of March when a RE I started seeing took me off it because she says I do not have pcos....instead I have unexplained infertility....obgyn said I have it because of the high follicles amount....anyway I stopped in March and had my period in April on the exact day glow said it would arrive....hubby and I BD 3 days prior to ovulation day....I was expecting my period 7 days ago especially since my boobs had been swollen and sore for about two weeks and still is....but no period !! I had 1 single drop of blood once when I wiped about 2 days ago and that’s it...I took test 1 day of late period 3 day of late period and 5 day of late period using dollar store test in the evenings after work and all negative....is it possible that me stop taking metformin could have cause my period to be delayed???
