Wtf i need help πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

I weight 103lb and 5”4, but I have excess fat. I look chubby. For the last 9 days I’ve been eating between 800-1200 calories, all healthy like boiled eggs, grilled chicken, green vegetables, sweet potato and protein bars (sugar free, 22g carb each-as a substitute for dessert). I workout for an hour every day. I do about 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights. I don’t go over 70g of carbs a day. I haven’t lost any weight at all. I know it’s only 9 days but surely after all the exercise and healthy diet I could notice some difference? I was taking selfies today and I got so upset and discouraged with how chubby I look. What am I doing wrong?!!!?
