Only in the shower or right after a shower I which is irritating because I have to jump right in but he loves when my glisten when I get out 🙂

absolutely! figured out it really helps with cramps. messy? sure, just lay down a towel or do it in the shower.

Not during the first day through the third usually, but only because I have superrr bad cramps in the beginning

Yep! Just shower afterwards or sex in the shower. I never have heavy periods though.

We did only once so far but the thing that sucks about it is you cant cuddle or lay down together right after. You have to hop right in the shower and freshen up
