Baby acne, eczema or heat rash?

Baby’s a month old and has all these bumps on her face, neck (front/back) and a tiny bit on her shoulders. If this is jus baby acne what should I put on it? I’ve been washing gently with a warm wash cloth and keeping area dry. Should I call the pediatrician?

omg all that hair😍 just use a warm wash cloth with a little baby wash and gently clean her face by gently dabbling 1 time a day or so. Just not too much so you don't dry her face out.

Look like measles or chicken pox to me take baby straight to ER can’t be to careful this young

Heat rash does not have blisters she had blisters please just get her checked

Looks like heat rash to me.   But not sure cuz it could be anything. !!! And I’m not a doctor.  But if that was me I’d wait and see if id it cleared up
