TMI AND dermoplast advice

I’ve read that a lot of women use dermoplast on their lady bits after birth to help with itching and pain. I’m wondering if any of you used it while pregnant for the same issues? And if so which is best the red or blue cap? The pain and itching and pain in my vaginal and anal area is almost unbearable. The doctors tested me for a yeast infection and it was negative so all they said was try and over the counter cream and nothing is working. I now have small tears near my anus and the itching is non stop but it is so painful. Any advice is appreciated.
