How to Make the First Move?

so i’ve been dating this guy for over a month now and we were both each other’s first kisses. we both want to take things a little further (aka. making out, oral, etc.) but the issue is, he wants me to make the first moves! i think it’s mainly bc he’s a couple years older than me and since he’s such a sweetheart, he wants to make sure that i’m comfortable. the problem is that i overthink everything and despite the fact that i want to take things a step further, i can’t bring myself to make a first move. i’m not used to making the first move so it’s very difficult for me. i want to hear your guy’s advice on how to make the first move bc i really want to but i always end up just overthinking it or backing out. so how would you go about initiating making out and oral? and how do i get myself to go through with it without scaring myself out of it. thanks!
