Is your fingerprint in your SO’s phone/do you know their passcode?

If yes, how’d you go about that? Was it mutually agreed upon? Did you ask? Did they offer?

i didnt ask. we trust each other and one time my phone was dead and i wa ted to use his phone so i asked for his passcode. if your man wonr give you his code he is hidinf something. my boyfriend and i knoe eachothers codes to almost everything. just make sure youre doing it for the right reasons. and not to just snoop around.

My husband keeps his phone unlocked. Nothing to hide. One day he asked why I had a passcode and I do because my daughter gets in my phone and deletes stuff or locks me out. He knows my code and has his finger print saved.

around whenever time we start using each others phone is usually when the pass codes and stuff just get exchanged. i changed mine to a pin bc the only alternative to the finger print is a password. my bf still can never remember my pin though and i don't think he makes any effort to remember it considering it's 4 easy to remember numbers.

We just use each whoever’s phone is closest for music when we’re together, so there was never a discussion or anything. Over time, we just ended up memorizing each other’s passwords. Make sure there’s trust in your relationship and respect your SO’s privacy. Don’t be invasive and don’t let overthinking get in the way. There’s no reason for you to need to check his phone.

We both just know each other’s passcodes. I fingerprinted my phone and asked my SO if he wanted fingerprint recognization - he said he didn’t need it since he knows the code. We’re just honest with each other, and we only ever use each other’s phones for little shit anyway. I’m not trolling through his shit, and he would never troll through mine.
