implantation bleeding

so i had my period on the 26th april as normal. i normally come on around this date each month but for some reason i had slight cramps on the 14th and have been lightly bleeding since the 15th. i’ve also been going for a number 2 every day and have been constipated which is a normal sign of early pregnancy for me and have been bloated. i had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in august and a missed miscarriage at 13 weeks in january and have just been using pull out method since. could this be implantation bleeding or strangely early period?
