Pcos and a blocked tube

I've been treating my pcos for the last about 10 years although I knew my entire life that I had it. I had 2 surgeries, cancer cells, and ammenorhea. I've finally decided to take all natural supplements instead of the ones that never worked for me. In April I started on a regimen of Vitex, Choline/Inositol, and Evening Primrose oil. I actually ovulated before I did anything else. and My period had finally started yesterday. I'm 31 with no children and eventually want some, but my fiancee had diabetes and now has stage 4 kidney disease. A symptom of that is erectile dysfunction. I feel like my hope is shattered. It took me so much research to finally find something that works for my body, so much trial and error, but is it all in vain? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
