Never have. We have a 2 story house and I always thought is was more convenient to change on the livingroom floor play mat. In the beginning, after my C-section I could climb the steps 20 to times a day carrying the babies up and down, and I couldn't get on and off the floor without hurting so I used to couch. 
If I had a 1 story we probably would have gotten one but now that it's over and we survived fine without it I think they are a waste lol but that's my own opinion

We have one on the end of our crib and it’s convenient now that I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant. However, we change on the floor or bed too. Wherever is convenient at the time.

I never have or use one and still alive my baby been change only in the bed or in the car if we go out or even in the car I avoid public restroom even at the gym that he goes once I need to use that changing table we was crying that end up changing him standing.

We stopped using the changing table at six months. I'm honestly not even sure why. He rolls all around during changes, so I feel like it would be a great way for him to hit his head and get even more upset. I used to give him things to hold while I changed him until he started thinking it was hilarious to put anything I handed to him on his privates. Then I'd end up having to wash whatever I handed him to get the pee/poop off of it.
