How often do you shower?

Just curious .. how often do you shower?
(Your body and hair).

I wash my body either every day or every other day, depending on what I’ve been doing. I wash my hair every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

I don’t wash my hair every day. More like once a week or once every 2 weeks, basically when it feels like it needs to be washed. Washing my hair everyday would strip it of moisture and oils that it needs to be healthy.

Now that I'm a mom, every other day. My daughter is very clingy and a very light sleeper. We live in a small apartment with the bathroom sharing a wall with the nursery. If I turn on the shower at any point, she wakes up. And just screams. It's really hard to keep her corralled in our tiny bathroom now that she's nearly walking. Every other day is hard enough. I never shower for more than 2 minutes either 😥
