Is it normal to feel shitty after pulling an all nighter?

I slept over my boyfriend's house last night and his roommates were literally up until 5 am drinking and being loud and my boyfriend woke up at 5:30 to go to the gym so I really think I maybe got like 15-30 min of sleep max. I'm feeling super tired, sluggish, my head hurts, I'm a little nauseous, and have little appetite. Overall I just feel like I got hit by a bus and I'm not feeling well at all. Is this normal?
