Any ways to get labor started??? What did you women do to help? What actually worked for you mamas.

Fast paced walk, a curry and bath started it for me! Though I had a sweep too so not sure what or any of it helped !

i got put on a cervix ripener..lol thats the only thing that helped me i tried membrane sweeping,sex, walking,spicy foods, nipple stimulation,etc none of that worked

I did nipple stimulation yesterday and I've been having some cramps ever since 11 this morning, hoping its early labor

I did everything and still went 3 days over... my doctor did a membrane sweep and I finally went into labor!! Good luck!!
